The history of this 1995 F250 Ford service truck has been one of hard work pulling loads of five to ten tons. During 80 percent of its life, the truck has been run at 70 mph.

There are not many 1995 F250 Fords left on the road. The few that are still moving have fuel mileage of about 18 mpg and oil consumption of one quart per 400 to 500 miles.

At 7500 miles the truck was equipped with an LT20P Premo system. Union 76 Guardall was used on its last oil change before installing the filter. I changed the Premo at every 25,000 miles up to the 200,000 that the truck has on it. I changed the full-flow at each 50,000 up to the 200,000. I have never had to add any oil, except to top it off during the filter changes. To my surprise, just recently, when I removed the valve covers for glow-plug service (the first service ever), thanks to Premo the inside was very clean. Premo has saved me about 40 oil changes, 40 days of down time, and probably much more. I have always gotten 19-½ mpg, plus my 12-year-old truck still starts and runs like new. What a bargain!
